Returned items must not have been used and/or have visibile signs of use. Packages must not be torn, stickers and/or labels must not be removed and items must still have their tags on them. As we are not a manufacturer items must be returned in the condition they were sent, unused and sealed, and must include all parts to be eligible for the refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery. NOTE - IMPORTANT - Please ensure your RMA (returns) number is noted on the outside of the parcel being returned. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly. Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by contacting us via e-mail. We will not accept in store purchases for returns on the basis of a change of mind, the return of online purchases is protected. DJBox.ie will not accept for return any software that has been registered with the software provider or it’s agents regardless of age. Please ensure you check the specifications of the software you are purchasing and check them against the specifications of your computer to ensure compatibility.
DJBox.ie will not accept any software and/or related hardware returns as a result of compatibility issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any software purchased from DJBox.ie will run on their computer.
